Retrofits & Upgrades

Cabling retrofits & conduit activations

Clean upgrades for active structures. We clear obsolete low-voltage cables, pull modern certified lines through conduit pathways, restore damaged junctions, and organize distribution cabinets.

Retrofits come with real constraints — finished walls, live tenants, active equipment — and we plan around them: minimal holes, patched to paint-ready, and a walkthrough of access difficulty before we start, not after.

Common Questions

Retrofit questions

A few questions specific to this service.

In most cases, yes — we fish cable through existing wall cavities and minimize new holes wherever possible. Some layouts make access harder and add cost, but we'll always walk you through that before we start, not after.

We work cleanly, cover floors where needed, and minimize the number and size of any holes — patched to paint-ready when we're done. We also take before-and-after photos so you can see exactly what was done.

No subcontractors. Every job is done personally by the owner-technician, so the person quoting your job is the same person running your cable and testing every line.

We back our labour with a 12-month workmanship warranty. Any cabling materials we supplied that turn out defective are replaced, with manufacturer warranties passed through where applicable.
