Yes, and it's the most common scenario. We run generic low-voltage pathways to the right locations now (keypads, speakers, sensors, panel) and cap them off — you decide on Control4, Lutron, Crestron, or something else whenever you're ready.
A couple of capped runs per key area — over the garage door, at soffit corners for future cameras, near a media wall — is cheap now against a much bigger cost once drywall is closed. We'll walk your plan and suggest specific spots.
Every run is labelled and capped or terminated to a blank wall plate, so it's safe, tidy, and easy to find on a room map when you're ready to activate it.
